Delete your Dayo account

Who this is for
Anyone with a Dayo app account. If you only joined the beta waitlist on this website, email contact@dayo.world and ask to be removed instead.
Step 1: delete in the app
Open the Dayo app and go to [menu path, from the Android and iOS sessions]. Confirm, and your deletion request is sent.
Step 2: or ask by email
Email contact@dayo.world from the email address on your Dayo account with the subject Delete my Dayo account. We may reply to confirm it's you.
What is deleted and what is kept
We delete your account, your sign-in sessions, your profile details and your saved eSIM list. Any Dayo Cash balance is lost. Order and payment records are kept for [retention period for order records] for tax and legal reasons, then deleted. An eSIM you have already installed keeps working until its plan ends.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within [days] of your request. You'll get an email when it's done.
