About these terms

These terms cover your use of dayo.world, run by [registered business name] ("Dayo", "we"). Using the site means you accept them. The Dayo app and eSIM purchases have their own terms, shown in the app.

Preview site and sample data

Dayo is in beta. Prices, plans, partner names and handles on this site are sample data and not offers to sell. Real prices appear in the app when plans are ready to buy. The roaming and airport SIM comparisons use public promo prices on the date shown and may be out of date.

The beta waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee an invite, a spot in the beta or any price. Invites go out in batches and we may close the waitlist at any time. Beta software can have bugs; please don't rely on it as your only way online while travelling.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or its forms to send spam, false details or anything unlawful, and don't try to break into, overload or scrape it.

Content and trademarks

The Dayo name, mascot, logo, app screens and site content belong to [registered business name]. You may link to and share pages; don't copy them into your own products without asking.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using the site, from relying on sample data, or from a beta invite not arriving. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that can't be excluded.
